UCAF is Unlimited Care At a Fixed Fee. Now that OHIP no longer covers chiropractic care many extended health care plans do. If you don't have extended health coverage your costs for chiropractic care can mount. What if you could take care of ALL your chiropractic care with a monthly plan that costs less than two visits? That's UCAFF and that's piece of mind! After you have been a patient in our office for over one year you are eligible to sign up.  Once you are enrolled and have been in it for more than a year, your fees become fixed for life unless you discontinue at some point.  If you restart you will be required to do so at the updated fee.  If you require only 24 visits per year (twice per month) your savings will be $120.  Every visit beyond that saves you an additional $35.  Three visits per month will save you a total of $540/year. The next time you visit our office ask about the details our UCAFF plan. Remember, your rates will be guaranteed for life no matter how much our fees increase.
