All treatments are by appointments. Missed appointments will not be charged if 24 hrs. notice of cancellation is given. Waiting time in our office is usually no more than 10 minutes and most of the time it is less than 5 minutes. In some very unusual circumstances if you are required to wait a little longer we hope you will be understanding.
